Featuring both a public site and a secure, private Intranet site, the GUE-NGL website is fully content managed employing our most advanced SiteManage product to date. The site boasts a hierarchical management system and encompasses a powerful multi-language system. Featuring email alert systems, a fully comprehensive search facility, timed pop-up windows, opinion polls, subscribe-able mailing lists, photo galleries and an export facility for off-line publications this is a remarkably powerful and innovative website.

The tasc website is database driven and entirely powered by SiteManage. This site also utilises Pelican GroupManage, a robust product that enables any number of individual groups within the organisation to each have a secure Private Virtual Intranet to act as a confidential communication tool.

The Democracy Commission, a joint initiative of tasc and Belfast-based think-tank Democratic Dialogue is chaired by the General Secretary of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, David Begg, with former President of Ireland and ex-UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson as International Counsellor to the Commission. The campaign was set up as a response to widespread concerns about the nature of democracy in Ireland and PelicanWeb developed its web presence.

The design of the Democracy Commission website was based around its newly acquired logo to produce a stylish and attractive look.

The Ideas Institute website is a compact site providing information on the institute and its available training services and courses. The site features a unique order management system that allows users to order courses online. The education body, established in 2001 by SIPTU, Ireland's largest trade union, can thereby automatically track and record all orders.

We developed Mr. Proinsias De Rossa's website to provide up-to-date information and reports on Prionsias De Rossa and his activities in the European Parliament on an ongoing basis. The site's dynamic content is administered by SiteManage and includes features such as comprehensive search facilities and drop-out menus.

We refurbished and revitalised the Salthouse website to modernise and enhance its visual charm. We incorporated Flash animation, CSS and JavaScript techniques to supplement aesthetic appeal. The site uses SiteManage allowing it to be fully content managed in a straightforward and uncomplicated manner.

Opinions.ie, a quirky, innovative, game-style website was developed in late 2003 to run for a one-year period.

Boasting a funky design to appeal to a young audience, the site enables visitors to voice their opinions on a variety of topics. Users build points by voting on polls and can even progress to creating their own polls.

A complex back-end system was developed to allow the website to be updated almost solely by its user base. A variety of advanced technical features enable it to generate graphs, statistics and amusing correlations between poll results.

Scribble's website is an appealing information site with bright, eye-catching colours. The site design encorporates a quirky, individualised menu system. Other features include a discussion forum and adjustable "volume" which allows users to alter the brightness of the text.
